SUDS is led by a board of directors comprised entirely of prior or current military personnel — leaders who understand the unique challenges facing our servicemembers.

All SUDS board members serve as volunteers. Their military backgrounds ensure SUDS programs remain mission-focused and participant-centered.
Executive Director
US Army (Ret.)Founding member. Oversees all SUDS adaptive sports programs and live event operations.
Program Director
US Navy (Ret.)Leads scuba and aquatic sports programs. Certified adaptive dive instructor and event coordinator.
Operations Officer
US Marine Corps (Ret.)Manages logistics for live sports events, equipment procurement and volunteer coordination.
Legal Counsel
US Air Force (Ret.)Provides pro bono legal counsel to SUDS. Ensures full regulatory compliance and corporate transparency.
Treasurer
US Army (Ret.)Oversees audited financials, CFC reporting and donor fund management for all sports programs.
Communications Director
US Navy (Ret.)Manages sports event coverage, live streaming logistics, social media and media relations.
Board members serve as volunteers. SUDS operates on low administrative overhead, receives pro bono legal counsel, and has regular audits with publicly posted financial filings.
