Released – Independent audit of all SUDS program income, expenses and fund allocation including adaptive sports events and live coverage costs.

SUDS operates on low administrative overhead, receives pro bono legal counsel, and its board members are all prior or current military. We have regular audits and post our financial filings on this site.
2025 Independent Audit — Completed June 2026
SUDS completed its annual independent audit in June 2026. Key findings: 93¢ of every $1 was applied directly to programs. Administrative overhead remained below 7%. The 2025 Form 990 has been filed with the IRS and will be posted here upon receipt of confirmation. Contact us to request the audit report by email.
