Based on confirmed participant rosters and program costs, SUDS needs $120,000 in charitable funding to cover the season in full — ensuring every accepted warrior attends at zero personal cost.

- Dive equipment & certification fees – 20%
- Instructor and guide stipends – 12%
- Adaptive equipment (climbing, rafting, skiing) – 8%
- Administration and insurance – 5%
